Heya.

Switched to Natto after your prior article and discussion here a couple (?) years ago, follow much the same, I do have a question though, is Ubiquinol better than CoQ10, or does it not make a difference?

Thank you as always for keeping these recommendations up to date, and new and improved research and analysis involved.

Have a great weekend all, take care.

Hey TC, been following you since the good old days of MM2K! I've gone back and forth over the years regarding niacin. Some studies support reduced LDL and triglycerides with increase in HDL, others do not seem to support. I believe some of this has to do with the form (niacin v. niacinamide, immediate v. extended release). But I've also seen some data suggesting that niacin can raise blood glucose, which can be just as if not more damaging than high blood lipids. Do you worry about an increase in FBG or HbA1c with niacin at the 500mg range you recommend?
