Thanks TC. Just upgraded, thought I did before as you never fail to brighten my day along with some information sprinkled with wisdom, but I think I did it this time. I read somewhere recently that the reading of non fiction increase knowledge and the reading of fiction increases wisdom. Something about your writing style, “story time with TC”? Seems to meet both needs.

Thanks again and also for your tender prayers for my nether regions...all seems to be going well down there💪

That is so f-ing gratifying to hear! I always tell friends and acquaintances that I learn more from reading fiction and you've expressed that idea beautifully. And the idea that I may be teaching both knowledge and fiction is mighty satisfying. Thanks!

Oh God, I was expecting some posts like this. Sorry! I wasn't privy to the manufacturing chain of command so I don't know if it has acceptable levels of peroxidation. Even so, if it does, I recommend only taking one capsule a day and maybe increasing your intake of fatty fish.

Literally the same, lol.

In fact, the email about this article came in next to the confirmation of my Biotest order of the "new " Flameout. Guess it will last me longer at one cap a day.

So one capsule a day. What about Cod Liver Oil?

They're usually highly processed, too, although the Rosita brand seems to be different.

Well, flaxseed and chia seeds and walnuts and such might get you there, but as you know, the ALA they contain need to be covered by the body into EPA and DHA, which is okay but not entirely foolproof. Seaweed and algae contain the real deal, but who the heck is going to eat enough of that stuff to supply their needs? Your best bet would be what you feel is a reputable fish oil supplement and probably refrain from taking more than a gram a day. Hope that helps.
