Heya,

Thank you as always for the research, analysis, and making it all so entertaining to read and be in useful form, as far as being able to ACTUALLY use the information to make a difference. Something you've been doing for decades. (just giving the flowers where they're due)

As I posted in another articles discussion, growing up on a farm organ meats were plentiful, and eaten with the understanding that they were the most nutritious, somewhere along the way I feel that got lost to the general public. As EVERY indigenous culture knows, but somehow we've been led down the garden path of misinformation...like a great deal of things these days.

Like in the 60's in my house, processed foods were NEVER a thing, if my mother couldn't make it, it didn't exist, lol, as Shakespear would say "The salad days of youth". Not to get all nostalgic, but isn't simpler (foods that is) better?

I know platitudes don't pay the bills brother, but thank you, have a great weekend.

Platitudes are sometimes equally nourishing, brain-wise. Yeah, John Berardi used to say, "If your grandmother wouldn't recognize it as food, don't eat it. That means Go-Gurt is disqualified. (thanks!) Oh, BTW, since you're a LE pioneer, you ever think about using rapamycin?

Heya,

Have looked at the google results and have a query into my TRT/LE clinic, but certainly looks VERY interesting. Thanks for the heads up!
