Up is down, down is up...just blew my mind. Need to reevaluate my fish/krill oil supplementation for sure. Trying to get "cold water" salmon (true Atlantic) is hard enough for eating purposes, now need to do a deep dive on how much to supplement, I've been at 5 grams a day for over a decade!
I use NOW supplements almost exclusively, as they self test and when tested are always at the top of manufacturers. (To my knowledge)
I stopped taking fish oil after the last article you wrote on them.
